I absolutely love how they show it being developed on an iMac. Keep in mind IE hasn't been developed for the Mac since 2003.

From what I understood on the dev page it was developed by a non-MS team, PixelLab, who likely use OS X machines for most of their day to day work. Microsoft gets their Windows license either way.
